No Returns After Order Confirmation
Prifurna follows a strict no-returns policy after order confirmation by our team. Once your order is confirmed on call by the Prifurna team, it is not eligible for return.
Cancellation (Within 24 Hours)
- Cancellation requests can be raised within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible due to processing and logistics.
- Cancellation is subject to verification by the Prifurna team.
Damage Complaint / Exchange (Within 5 Days)
- If you receive a damaged item, you can raise a complaint / exchange request within 5 days of delivery / confirmation.
- Please keep photos/videos ready for faster processing.
- Exchange requests are valid only for damage-related issues, subject to inspection by the Prifurna team.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed via UPI or netbanking.
- Refund timelines may vary based on bank processing times after approval.
Shipping & Delivery
- Regular products are currently deliverable only within Pune district (serviceable pincodes).
- Bulk orders and 1BHK/2BHK Sets are deliverable across Maharashtra.
- Delivery eligibility is verified by pincode at checkout.
