Important policies for orders, delivery, cancellation, and damage exchange.

No Returns After Order Confirmation

Prifurna follows a strict no-returns policy after order confirmation by our team. Once your order is confirmed on call by the Prifurna team, it is not eligible for return.

Cancellation (Within 24 Hours)

  • Cancellation requests can be raised within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible due to processing and logistics.
  • Cancellation is subject to verification by the Prifurna team.

Damage Complaint / Exchange (Within 5 Days)

  • If you receive a damaged item, you can raise a complaint / exchange request within 5 days of delivery / confirmation.
  • Please keep photos/videos ready for faster processing.
  • Exchange requests are valid only for damage-related issues, subject to inspection by the Prifurna team.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed via UPI or netbanking.
  • Refund timelines may vary based on bank processing times after approval.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Regular products are currently deliverable only within Pune district (serviceable pincodes).
  • Bulk orders and 1BHK/2BHK Sets are deliverable across Maharashtra.
  • Delivery eligibility is verified by pincode at checkout.
